Finding Your Calm in the Chaos How to Protect Your Peace When the World Feels Overwhelming The holidays are supposed to be a time of connection and celebration—but they can also bring stress, pressure, difficult family dynamics, financial concerns, and emotional overwhelm. Add a constant stream of news, social media, political tension, and uncertainty, and it can feel like we're all swimming in a toxic soup of stress . While we can't control everything happening around us, we can learn how to protect our peace and change how we respond. Join Barbara Toritto, Julia Gandy, and Marilyn Morales for an engaging and practical conversation exploring stress from three powerful perspectives: the mind, the heart, and the body. Three Perspectives. Practical Tools. One Goal: Protect Your Peace. 🧠 Barbara Toritto — The Mind Zoom link for free event Explore the power of hypnosis and the subconscious mind . Barbara will help you understand how deeply held patterns, thoughts, and beliefs can influence how you respond to stress—and how becoming more aware of those patterns can open the door to change. ❤️ Julia Gandy — The Heart Discover heart coherence and HeartMath® techniques with Julia Gandy. Learn simple, practical strategies for regulating your nervous system, building resilience, and finding your center when emotions and external circumstances begin to pull you off balance. 🧬 Marilyn Morales — The Body Marilyn Morales will explore the physiology of stress , helping you understand what happens in your body when you experience pressure, uncertainty, or overwhelm. By recognizing the body's stress response, you can become better equipped to interrupt the cycle and support a calmer state. You Can't Always Change the Chaos. You Can Change Your Relationship With It. This isn't about tuning out the world or pretending that difficult things aren't happening. It's about developing the awareness and tools to stay grounded without absorbing everything around you. You'll leave with practical ways to navigate stressful conversations, challenging news, holiday pressures, and everyday overwhelm—so you can move through the chaos without losing yourself in it. The world may feel overwhelming. Your peace doesn't have to be.
