Nourishing yourself... What does that mean to you?

Today’s JWJ Facebook Page post is about nourishment. I used to associate the word “nourish” only with food, but I’ve come to understand it applies to so much more. It applies to whatever we're putting into our bodies & minds. I've literally started watching the news for ONLY 15 minutes if that, I love to listen to personal development books while driving, working out, & even doing housework. I still like cleaning the house to my gangster rap playlist, watching and reading fiction, and hello... consuming my Starbucks. But I definitely take time & make healthier choices to nourish myself as often as possible. I'd love to hear how you nourish yourselves. ❤️
